Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Fischer as Chief Operating Officer, effective June 1, 2026. Fischer brings more than 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience — including deep roots in the legal industry and a career defined by building collaborative, high-functioning teams that allow organizations to grow and thrive.
Fischer has spent significant portions of her career in legal environments, developing expertise across financial planning and analysis, firmwide operations, and the kind of cross-functional partnership that allows attorneys and client-facing professionals to do their best work. She has served in CFO and COO capacities at law firms and multi-office organizations, where she is known for strengthening internal teams, improving the systems that support client service, and creating operational foundations that scale with growth.

Fischer earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida, where she worked full-time in accounting roles throughout her studies.
