Moore will be a member of the firm's Litigation and Transportation Practice Groups, further strengthening GCKB's transportation defense capabilities and its nationally recognized Emergency Response Team.
Moore focuses her practice on the defense of motor carriers, commercial drivers, transportation companies, and insurers in complex commercial vehicle accident litigation throughout New York and New Jersey. She has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation in state and federal courts and brings a unique industry perspective to transportation-related matters.
In addition to her litigation practice, Moore will play an integral role in the firm's Emergency Response Team, assisting clients in the immediate aftermath of serious commercial vehicle accidents. Working alongside attorneys, investigators, and industry professionals, she helps coordinate rapid-response investigations, preserve critical evidence, and protect client interests during the earliest and most critical stages of a claim.
What sets Moore apart is a background rarely found in transportation defense. Before attending law school, she spent more than eight years as a professional tractor-trailer driver, operating both regional and over-the-road routes for nationally recognized trucking companies. She is also a certified Crash Reconstruction Professional, having completed Northwestern University's core crash reconstruction curriculum, including coursework in crash investigations, vehicle dynamics, and accident reconstruction.
