Biography
Taylor focuses her practice on civil defense litigation, including complex litigation, administrative matters, and regulatory compliance. She is experienced in all stages of litigation leading up to trial, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and settlement negotiations. Taylor regularly appears in federal and state courts, handling conferences, motion practice, and strategic case development.
Taylor brings a practical, results-oriented approach to advocacy, emphasizing early analysis of claims and strategic resolution to limit risk, streamline litigation, and achieve efficient outcomes. In addition to her litigation practice, she has experience with transactional and advisory matters, particularly in the areas of intellectual property and business strategy. She focuses on practical risk management and delivers commercially sound guidance tailored to clients’ business objectives.
Taylor earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, where she served as a Junior and Senior Research Associate at the Innovation Law Center, working with emerging companies on brand protection and related legal considerations. She also served as Lead Articles Editor for the Journal for Global Rights and Organizations. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and international affairs, with minors in statistics and communications, from Wake Forest University.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys travelling, attending concerts, and keeping up with the latest in pop culture, particularly within The Real Housewives franchise. She also values spending time with friends and family and getting involved with her church.
