Biography
Olivia focuses her practice on defense litigation, representing insurers and their insureds in complex premises liability and New York Labor Law matters from inception through trial. She is experienced in all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation, and has served as second chair at trial.
Olivia is known for her responsive, client-focused approach and her ability to deliver practical, results-oriented guidance. She works closely with clients to develop efficient strategies that align with their business objectives, providing clear communication and thoughtful risk analysis at every stage of a matter.
In addition to her litigation work, Olivia has developed and presented Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs addressing the ethical obligations of counsel in cases involving allegations of fraud, offering insights applicable to both plaintiff and defense practitioners.
Outside the office, Olivia enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
