Biography
Anthony focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing businesses and individuals from pre-suit claims through appeal. His practice includes the defense of premises liability, automobile liability, personal injury, real estate litigation, and ADA Title III website compliance matters.
He has represented a wide range of clients, including bus lines, trucking carriers, shippers, and entertainment and hospitality companies, providing strategic guidance in both routine and complex disputes. Anthony has secured favorable outcomes for his clients, including dismissals and summary judgments in matters involving premises liability, personal injury, and ADA Title III compliance.
Anthony also has appellate experience and has argued cases before appellate courts in New York and New Jersey.
