
Biography
Pardis focuses her practice on insurance coverage disputes and complex civil litigation. She has over a decade of experience representing both individual and corporate clients in first-party and third-party insurance matters, including claims involving breach of contract, bad faith, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Her practice encompasses all phases of litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP, Pardis practiced at both defense and plaintiff-side firms and served as in-house counsel to a corporate group. In these roles, she managed a wide range of complex insurance disputes on behalf of both insurers and insureds.
Pardis has additional experience in maritime and admiralty law, construction litigation, and personal injury defense. She regularly works with clients on litigation strategy, expert coordination, and dispute resolution.
Outside of work, Pardis enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, from exploring sandbars in the Intracoastal Waterway to floating down mountain rivers.
