
Biography
Joshua focuses his practice on litigating general liability and transportation matters, with a particular emphasis on trucking litigation. He works closely with his clients to guide them through every stage of a case, from the initial investigation to trial. Over the years, he has gained broad litigation experience in areas such as bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, commercial disputes, general liability, products liability, and professional liability, which allows him to bring a well-rounded perspective to his current work.
He has represented clients ranging from car dealerships and insurance professionals to national banks and large insurance companies. Whether handling depositions, negotiating at mediation, or appearing in court, Joshua is committed to achieving practical, favorable results for the people and businesses he represents. He has successfully resolved cases through arbitration, bench trials, and mediation, and has also second chaired jury trials and appellate arguments.
Joshua earned his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. While in law school, he contributed to a Hartford-based community initiative in partnership with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, which focused on reevaluating the state’s environmental laws and regulations.
Outside the office, Joshua enjoys being outdoors at the beach or on a hike, salsa dancing, traveling, and watching Italian soccer. He lives in North Haven, Connecticut with his wife and their two rabbits and is an active member of his church community.
