Biography
Christopher focuses his practice on a wide array of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction site accidents, and dog bites. Prior to joining the firm, he served as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual, defending policyholders and the company in claims involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, construction site incidents implicating New York’s Labor Law, property damage, and dog bites. His work encompassed all phases of litigation, from drafting responsive pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and dispositive motions to preparing trial materials and appellate briefs.
Christopher also has experience prosecuting declaratory judgment actions to establish that the insurance carrier had no obligation to pay No-Fault benefits in matters involving rate evasion, noncompliance with coverage conditions, material misrepresentations, fraud, and staged accidents.
In addition, Christopher has handled collections matters on behalf of creditors, successfully recovering debts through pre- and post-judgment actions, as well as through informal resolution without the need for litigation.
Christopher is an avid New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills fan. He spends parts of his spring and summer catching Yankees' games all across the country and has a goal of seeing a MLB game at every big league ballpark. As of the 2025 season, he's been to 16 out of 30 MLB stadiums.
