Andrea Maceri

Andrea brings over 15 years of experience as in-house counsel for a multinational corporation, where he provided advice on complex transactions and product liability as well as other corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters. Andrea has extensive experience with EPC contracts, supply and service agreements, and consortium arrangements, and works closely with clients through every stage of a project—from bid support and contract negotiation to claim management and litigation.

Throughout his in-house career, Andrea developed a reputation for pragmatic problem-solving, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. His deep understanding of internal business operations allows him to offer clients not only legal insight but also strategic guidance aligned with their commercial goals.

Andrea earned his LL.M. from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law and holds a J.D. from Università degli Studi di Trieste in Italy. Italian native speaker and well-versed in both Italian and U.S. legal systems, Andrea brings a global perspective to his legal practice and make him a trusted advisor to clients engaged in complex, high-value transactions around the globe.

Andrea occasionally volunteers with a nonprofit organization that assists individuals navigating the immigration and visa process, offering support and guidance through complex legal procedures.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with his family.
