
Biography
Augie focuses his practice on complex civil litigation in New York State and Federal Court, as well as first and third-party insurance coverage disputes nationwide. In addition, Augie has appellate experience in the First and Second Departments of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. He has represented clients in matters involving wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction defects, product liability, labor law, bad faith claims, and professional liability.
Augie also has experience representing insurers in pre-suit investigations, litigation, and appellate matters. His experience includes handling coverage disputes involving a range of primary and umbrella/excess insurance programs, such as commercial general liability, residential and commercial property, and private passenger and commercial automobile.
