Biography

Robert’s practice is primarily focused on civil litigation in New York State, including premises liability, construction, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, municipal law, and general liability defense. He assists on cases for a wide range of clients such as insurance carriers, municipalities, and construction companies. He has been involved in in all aspects of civil litigation from inception through trial and appeals. 

This is Robert’s first law related employment, but his efforts at multiple law related internships and work as a staff member of Law Review at Maurice A. Deane School of Law have shaped him to become well-rounded as he prepares to be admitted and grow into a valuable attorney. Robert’s intent is to be an attorney who recognizes the importance of creating and maintaining a professional and meaningful relationship with all his future clients. As an upcoming attorney, he has learned the importance of controlling costs while still providing clients with the best possible representation. His goal is to become an attorney who can determine which cases could be resolved without litigation and those cases that require focused defense at trial.

Outside of the office, Rob is an avid moviegoer with an interest in watching as well as playing sports. On his off time, he can often be found at his local movie theatre, spending time on the beach, enjoying a sporting event or relaxing with his family.
