Maria is a member of the firm’s Insurance Solutions Practice group and concentrates her practice on insurance coverage matters. She conducts extensive research, provides coverage opinions, and handles coverage litigation. Maria recognizes the importance of meeting the client’s needs when it comes to reviewing policies and aiding insurers in claims analysis.

Prior to joining the firm, Maria was a tax consultant at a Big Four accounting firm, where she primarily focused on complex tax controversy matters.

Maria received her Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law, where she was a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Law Journal, the Italian Law Students Association, and the Business Law Society. Before entering law school, Maria worked at a private wealth management firm and a hedge fund. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from Hofstra University. Maria’s background and work experience provides a unique approach to critical thinking and problem-solving in the legal industry. 

Outside of work, Maria enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and baking.
