Biography

Katharine focuses her practice on product liability, negligence defense and insurance coverage. Katharine has experience handling matters from inception up to trial in both New Jersey and New York State Courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Katharine held a clerkship in the Civil Division at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, for the Honorable Rosemary E. Ramsay, P.J.Cv. She has served as a law clerk for a prominent New York City law firm, where she worked on product liability class actions and gained experience with all levels of commercial litigation.

Katharine graduated from Binghamton University (SUNY) in three years, with a double major in history and art history, and a minor in medieval studies. After completing her Bachelor’s degree, she moved to Williamsburg, Virginia, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School.

At William & Mary, Katharine served her school community in leadership positions, including Student Bar Association Law School Senator and 3L Associate Chair of the Honor Council. She was also an Articles Editor for the Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice, and an extern in William & Mary’s Office of University Counsel.

In her free time, Katharine loves to bake all kinds of desserts for friends and family. When she is not experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, she enjoys watching sports documentaries.
