Biography

John is a member of the firm’s Insurance Solutions Practice group and focuses his practice primarily on insurance coverage litigation.  He conducts extensive research, drafts coverage opinions and handles coverage litigation.

John has over ten years of experience in insurance defense and construction litigation. He has represented construction contractors, and other clients, in all phases of New York labor Law and construction defect claims. He has also handled complex cases involving declaratory judgment actions, first-party claims, bad faith claims, dramshop claims and coverage denials. John is committed to providing outstanding customer service and achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.

In his prior experience, John was a Senior Claims Representative at Westchester Casualty, a Chubb Company, where he managed high exposure CGL claims in excess and surplus lines insurance. He was also a licensed property and casualty adjuster.

He graduated from New York Law School in 2003, following the completion of his bachelor’s degree in biology from Indiana University in 2000. John is a member of the New York State bar, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York.
